Is there a minimum to maximum guest count I need to consider?
Also what if one of my guests has food allergies or a food intolerance.

To ensure your gathering feels truly special, our tea parties are designed for an intimate guest count of 4 to 12 people. We intentionally cap our guest list at a maximum of 12 because we believe the true spirit of tea time thrives in a cozy, close-knit setting. This allows you and your guests to enjoy meaningful conversations, relaxed connection, and the personalized attention that makes a luxury tea experience so memorable.
Please note that our tea party menus are preset and cannot be customized for individual food allergies or dietary restrictions. We kindly ask hosts to keep this in mind when planning their guest list. However, your safety and comfort are important to us; we are more than happy to provide a full list of ingredients for any of our menu items upon request prior to your event.
What if my dining table is not large enough for the guest count I would like to invite?

Don’t worry! We are happy to provide table and chair rentals for an additional fee, provided your space can accommodate the setup. Many of our clients love hosting their tea parties outdoors, and a table set up in the yard can be a beautiful, highly complimentary backdrop for the experience. Whether indoors or out, we will work with you to make sure your space is perfectly arranged for your guests.
Who sends out invites for guests?

The client is responsible for sending out all guest invitations. By having you manage the guest list and invitations, it frees our team up from the smaller administrative details so we can focus 100% of our energy on creating a flawless, beautifully curated tea party experience for you. This also means it is entirely at your discretion how you handle the event costs—whether you choose to host and pay for the group as a single payment, or collect individual participation fees from your guests to put toward the total cost of the party.

Yes, we will dive into all the finer details with you once you fill out our request form. To give you an idea of what to expect, we operate as an in-home service—very much like a hired private chef. Our team will utilize a portion of your kitchen space to prep the food and organize everything needed to make your party seamless. Additionally, before the big day, we will schedule a brief on-site consultation at your residence to look at the space, determine exactly where we will set up, measure your table, and gather all the details required to bring your vision to life perfectly.
